And yes, I just described muffins as small flavor bombs”… Who the hell am I?

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats

1/4 teaspoon salt
1 heaping glass mashed bananas (about 2-3 3 large very ripe bananas)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
2/3 cup diced strawberries
12 thin slices of strawberries (about 3-4 strawberries) for topping, if desired
Instructions
