I have no idea how close it is to the initial, but I think it’s yummy, creamy and refreshing! I really like using metallic straws with my drinks it makes the drinks extra special!

Frosted Lemonade
⅔ glass unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons collagen (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Put lemon juice, almond milk, collagen, stevia, sodium, and vanilla in blender. Start low for a couple of seconds to mix. While blender is definitely on low, gradually add in glucomannan.2 years ago Mix on low for 30 secs and turn off. Add in ice and blend on high until ice have been completely blended.

So if I added a little bit of thm proteins powder instead of collegian would it be a FP? I can’t have collegian due to autoimmune disease where i make an excessive amount of on my own.

Sounds yummy! Must try it! I had a horrible allergic reaction to the collagen- got hives for 2 weeks! So certainly I’ll omit it, can you sub 2 TBS proteins powder? Or just leave it out?

Oh, that’s so sad! Allergies can really end up being awful. You could sub in the proteins powder if you like. It may modification the taste slightly, but may possibly still be good.2 years ago It would be alright to keep it out as well, you merely wouldn’t be obtaining the protein to make it an excellent, hearty snack.
